Winter’s coming. Yeah, it’s August and the sun’s still shining, but come October, and then November and then December, you know the snow’s gonna want a piece of the action. In preparation, Adidas is rolling out a remake of a popular rugged and kinda thuggish looking sneakers, called the “Seeulater.” Wait! is that like “See-U-Later“… hater!
Anyways, in addition if those mountainous-looking soles aren’t quite your thing. Adidas is also dropping a new version of the NMD City Sock fitted out for winter with the sock-like uppers extended up the ankle.
All in all, the snow can come all it wants. ‘Cause come September 9, 2016, when the Seeulater drops, it’s a wrap! But, no word yet on the release date for the new NMD-CS1.
According to Highsnobiety, “both shoes in the pack are treated to a material upgrade via wool Primeknit construction, with the familiar NMD_CS1 silhouette boasting reflective tape overlays,” So basically, both shoes have sock-like woven ankles.
