Just as Adidas was announcing that the Purecontrol ultraboost is about to be released in a triple white colorway, best described by an illegal-substance type of white… rhymes with romaine (please, don’t do drugs), so also was the billionaire-entrepreneur Elon Musk (think Tony Starks from Iron-man) unveiling a beautiful spaceship that would fly hundreds of people to mars.
Looking at the purecontrol sneakers, they look perfect for the trip to mars. But, wouldn’t recommend wearing them outside the spaceship when you get there, tho.
Continuing to blurr the lines between shoe and socks, this new edition of the ACE16+ Purecontrol Ultra Boost is a laceless silhouette equiped with Adidas Boost technology. As described by Highsnobeity, the shoe “features a comfortable mesh upper in pure white, interrupted by only cream-colored 3-Stripe branding on the lateral side. Similar to the Ultra Boost, the pair will also boast a grippy Continental outsole, which will house a TORSION SYSTEM bar in the center of the sole. Completing the look will be a white heel counter with minor Ultra Boost branding.”
The Adidas Purecontrol Ultra Boost “Triple White” is scheduled to be released on the Adidas European website for about $180 USD on September 28. And, will be coming soon, elsewhere.
As for that gorgeous Elon Musk spacecraft, no date yet on when you’ll be able to book a one-way ticket on it. But, word on the street is in 10 years. For now, check out this cool vid.
