No one bothers to call them by their individual names anymore, they are simply known as AOMG. AOMG Records, or Above Ordinary Music Group is a Korean hip-hop record label comprising Jay Park, Simon D, Loco, Gray and friends. The label is run by the co-CEOs, Mr Park age 27, and Mr Dominic (Simon D) age 30. Some may ask, “what do these ‘young guns’ know about running a label?”
Well, come November 14, 2014 in LA, November 15 in New York City, and November 20 in D.C. we’ll find out.
As an aside, AOMG has the same acronym as the b-boy group Jay Park and AOMG producer Cha-Cha Malone started in Seattle, when Mr. Park was in temporary exile from the K-pop industry. The group was called Art of Movement.

This three-hour concert will take place on November 15, 7:00PM- 10:00PM, at Stage 48, NYC. Doors open at 6:00PM. Tickets go on sale on Asian Music Festival’s Eventbrite.
AOMG is an independent Korean agency and label led by Korean pop sensation Jay Park and Korean rapper and hip-hop artist SIMON Dominic. AOMG, which stands for “Above Ordinary Music Group,” is regarded as a label that stands apart from the “idol factory” of Korea by demonstrating a commitment to producing talented R&B and hip-hop artists.
Founder and Co-CEO Jay Park was formerly the leader of Korean idol group 2PM from 2008-2010 before breaking out with his solo career. He has captured attention on both sides of the Pacific for his talent and refreshing genuineness. His partner and Co-CEO SIMON Dominic is a talented rapper and hip-hop artist, formerly of award-winning duo “Supreme Team.” Jay Park and SIMON Dominic will be appearing alongside AOMG acts Loco, GRAY, and DJ Pumkin.
The concert will take place at Stage 48, a concert and nightlife venue located in Hell’s Kitchen, NY.
