Bad Rap announces first screening

BAD RAP, an indie documentary exploring the struggles and aspirations of four Asian American rappers – is ready for its first screening! The announcement just came out on Instagram – here are the basic deets:

December 9th,  6:30 pm @ CUNY Graduate Center

Tix are $20 and onsale at badrapfilm.com
 

 
The doc follows four rappers –Dumfoundead (Los Angeles), Awkwafina (Queens, NY), Rekstizzy (Queens, NY), and Lyricks (formerly Northern Virginia, now Queens)- and has interviews with a host of other Asian and Asian American artists and industry professionals, including Jin, Jay Park, and Far East Movement.
