Just a few days ago, BTS was in Dallas performing. Now, everyone has returned home and the excitement of the show is fading. In its place is a hole that needs to be filled. No more planning outfits or taking pictures with friends or thinking about where to eat after the concert. The light sticks have been stored for another day. The sadness all ARMYs feel right now is called Post Concert Depression.

Fortunately, there are a few ways to get over this sadness and try to get your life back on track. These tips come from fellow fans who know exactly what you are going through.

My friends and I binge watched “BTS’ American Hustle Life”. After, we watched their latest episode of Weekly Idol. On the drive back home (6 hours) we played BTS songs and talked about concert highlights. I feel better now.

Nathan S.:
get it all out of your system. watch it so much that at the end of the day, you feel satisfied and won’t have to worry because you know you’ve seen everything possible (at least how I’m handling it)

Laken A.: I’m going to binge BTS videos for probably the next few hours… So that. Basically. Just watch as much of them as you possibly can in the shortest amount of time.

Mena S.: Cry. Just cry. then look at your concert videos then cry more. If you have delicious food, then cry while eating your delicious food. Food is not necessary but is an option that I strongly suggest.

Vanna V.: I handle it by listening to nothing but the group that I went to see for the next like… month… or two. Nothing. But. Them.

Kat G.: i just breathe and try to distract myself from thinking about it like ugghh

Quenna L.: Blast their music . look at the little fan cams there is.

Aiza-Marie T.: Mine is….to cosplay as my bias. Or at least for this concert it has been. But in about a couple days I’ll be sobbing and just listening to all of BTS’s music on repeat!

The consensus seems to be that the best thing to do is to keep yourself immersed in the fandom until you just can’t take anymore. Thinking about it, that’s not such a bad thing. After all, we could all use a little more BTS in our lives. Hopefully, you don’t fall too far into sadness. After all, the boys will be back sooner than you think. Also, we here are GoodMoMusic will be covering TRBinChicago, so you’ll get another dose of BTS in just a few days.
