Sam Kim dropped the first segment of his debut album entitled “My Name Is Sam” on March 28 at KST midnight.

The words of the song of his title track, “Mama Don’t Worry,” is all about comforting a worried mother about her son who seldom contact his mother the way he should be.

The song has a personal meaning to him, because he left his family in the United States to follow his dream in his music career in Korea.

The music video and the song takes it back to the basics, while the singer-songwriter sings beautifully accompanying himself with a guitar.

Yoo Hee Yeol, Sam Kim’s coach at his entertainment agency Antenna Music, appeared in the music video.

“My Name Is Sam” album contains three songs, first is his title track ‘Mama Don’t Worry’, second is ‘Seattle’ that has lyrics made by Sam Kim and Yoo Hee Yeol and lastly, “Your Song’ which is also composed by Sam Kim.
