Last June, Crush released his debut album “Crush on You” and this spring he embarked on Amoeba Culture’s East Coast Tour. Keeping up that momentum, Crush has dropped his new single “Oasis” which features the leader of Block B, Zico.

The song itself lends itself perfectly to summer time cruising. We see Crush in a beautiful beach setting, clear water, vibrant greens and the man himself in the center of all of it. His old school R&B vocals flow over the mellow rhythm of the song. Zico’s feature is a mix of rap and vocal with a short breakdown that mixes in more of a hip-hop feeling. There’s a surprise appearance by Zion T. near the end of the video, where we see the three guys interact. All in all, this song is definitely going to be in my rotation.

And in case that wasn’t enough to make you crush on Crush, he dropped a teaser for another single “You and I.” No word yet about a release date, but…that boy can sing.

I've been into K-pop since early 2010. Went from being a Big Bang/YG stan, to being a lover of boy groups in general. My friends know who Rain is because of me and my mom sings EXO's "What Is Love" in the car even though she tries not to let me hear. Other than K-pop, I love Fall Out Boy and hope to one day see them live. I have pretty much a mix of everything from 90s hip hop to Disney soundtracks to Luther Vandross and Alicia Keys on my iPod. I love to write, even though I've taken a break from fanfics to focus on GMM. Mostly, I like my music and books and that's just me.
