SomeKindaWonderfu, who released their self-titled Downtown Records/White Clover Records on June 23, 2014, premiered their music video for their top 20 single “Reverse” on VEVO, recently.  Marc Klasfeld (Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake, Foo Fighters, Red Hot Chili Peppers) directed the cinematic kaleidoscope of imagery, which tells the tale of “Reverse”  – a love story gone wrong, told chronologically backwards.

“We wanted to create something that not only represents the song itself but also establishes who we are as a band and reflects our creative vision,” said lead singer, Jordy Towers.

The album debuted in the top 10 on the iTunes Alternative Album Charts, while the song has been resonating with fans across the country and at radio where it has been getting big spins nationwide at over 46 stations including most played at KYSR/Los Angeles, KNDD/Seattle, KTCL/Denver, WLKK/Buffalo and many more.

All amazing things considering “Reverse,” was a song recorded by chance and in only a few hours after SomeKindaWonderful unexpectedly met in a Cleveland, OH bar.  The song now has over two million streams on Spotify, Pandora and Soundcloud and has been on the Top 20 radio charts for over 16 weeks.

After playing several sold out shows this summer, SomeKindaWonderful are heading back out on the road with New Politics and Bad Suns this October and November (all tour dates listed below).

SomeKindaWonderful are Matt Gibson (guitar), Justin Andres (keyboard), Jordy Towers (lead singer / lyrics), Ben Schigel (drums) and Sarah Dyer (backing vocals / percussion).
